Silx Employability Project is designed to support hard-to-reach and marginalised young people aged 16–25 living in the Blyth area.
Our aim is simple: to remove barriers and provide young people with the tools, confidence, and guidance they need to move into employment, training, or further education.

Our sessions are open to all young people not in education, employment, or training (NEET). Whether you’re looking for your first job, considering a return to education, or simply need someone to talk to — we’re here to help.
